1. OVERVIEW

This website is operated by Arena Athletics. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Arena Athletics. We are proud to be one of the largest sports facility in the Philippines—a team of sports enthusiasts dedicated to bringing people together through world-class facilities and a vibrant community spirit.

Arena Athletics offers this website, including all information, tools, and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here. By visiting our site or booking a court, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”).

By accessing or using any part of the site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to the entirety of this agreement, you may not access the website or utilize our facilities.


2. SERVICE AND PLATFORM

Any new features, tools, or court types added to the current facility shall also be subject to these Terms.


3. BOOKING AND PAYMENT POLICY

To provide a fair and efficient booking experience for the Davao sports community, Arena Athletics enforces the following payment protocols:

  • 100% Upfront Payment: All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. No "pay-on-site" or "partial deposit" options are available.
  • Accepted Payment Methods: We process all transactions securely through Xendit. We exclusively accept the following digital payment methods:
    • E-wallets: GCash only
    • Cards: Visa, Mastercard, and JCB (Credit or Debit).
  • Confirmation: Your booking is only secured once the payment transaction is successful. An automated booking confirmation and digital invoice will be dispatched to the email address provided during checkout.


4. COURT RATES

4.1 Standard Pricing

  • Pickleball: 
    •  Happy Hour (Mon-Fri | 6AM–4PM)
      • ₱350/hr - Tournament Courts
      • ₱400/hr - Championship Court
    •  Primetime (Mon-Fri | 4PM–1AM) & (Sat-Sun | 6AM-1AM)
      • ₱400/hr - Tournament Courts
      • ₱450/hr - Championship Court
  • Badminton: 
    •  Happy Hour (Mon-Fri | 6AM–4PM)
      • ₱250/hr 
    •  Primetime (Mon-Fri | 4PM–1AM) & (Sat-Sun | 6AM-1AM)
      •  ₱300/hr 

4.2 Price Modifications
Arena Athletics reserves the right to adjust the rates for court rentals and other services offered on our platform at any time without prior notice. Please note that any price changes will not affect bookings that have already been fully paid and confirmed before the adjustment.

4.3 Promotions and Seasonal Campaigns
From time to time, we may offer special sales, "Happy Hour" extensions, or campaign-based pricing.

  • These offers are valid only within the specific timeframes stated in the campaign.
  • Promotional rates are subject to court availability.
  • Unless otherwise specified, promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts.
  • Arena Athletics reserves the right to conclude a campaign or sale once the promotional limit is reached or the specified end date has passed.


5. REFUND AND NO-SHOW POLICY

Arena Athletics operates on a strict NO-REFUND policy.

  • Final Sale: Once a payment is processed via Card or E-wallet, the booking is final and non-refundable.
  • No-Shows: Failure to arrive for your scheduled time slot results in the total forfeiture of your booking fee.
  • Rescheduling: Arena Athletics may, at its sole discretion, allow rescheduling in cases of facility closure due to force majeure (e.g. typhoons, government-mandated shutdowns).


6. ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY

6.1 Voluntary Participation
All players participate in Pickleball, Badminton, or other facility activities at their own risk. These are physically demanding sports that carry inherent risks, including but not limited to, slips, falls, collisions, equipment-related injuries, heat exhaustion, and other potential hazards.

6.2 Assumption of Risk
Each participant accepts full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage (including to personal property) that may result from their use of the court facilities, whether arising from their own actions, the actions of others, or unforeseen circumstances.

6.3 Waiver and Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, players and visitors hereby waive all rights to make any claim against Arena Athletics, its directors, employees, agents, or contractors for any personal injury, illness, property damage, or other loss suffered while on the premises, regardless of cause, including negligence or breach of statutory duty.

6.4 Exclusion of Liability
Arena Athletics shall not be liable for any death or personal injury unless caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Arena Athletics. Arena Athletics is not liable for injury or damage caused by other players, third parties, environmental conditions, or faulty personal equipment.

6.5 Medical Fitness
Players are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate. Arena Athletics does not provide medical supervision or assessment and accepts no liability for any health-related issues arising during or after court use.

6.6 Minors (Under 18)
Minors are permitted to participate in Arena Athletics activities only when accompanied by a parent or guardian. A parent or guardian must sign a hard copy of the Release and Waiver of Liability at the reception area prior to the minor’s participation. Failure to provide a signed waiver will result in the minor being unable to participate. The parent or guardian assumes all risks and obligations listed in this agreement and agrees to indemnify Arena Athletics against any claims arising from the minor’s participation.


7. PRIVACY POLICY
  • Account Registration: Creating an account is optional. You may book as a guest.
  • Data Usage: Any information gathered (Name, Email, Phone Number) is used solely to process your booking, send your digital invoice, and provide booking confirmations.
  • Data Protection: We comply with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012. We do not store your full card details or e-wallet credentials; these are handled securely by Xendit.


8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal actions arising from these terms shall be settled exclusively in the courts of Davao City, Philippines.
