We adhere to the principle of data minimization, collecting only the essential information required to facilitate your sports bookings:

  • 1.1 Information Provided Directly: 
    • Full Name
    • Mobile/Contact Number
    • Email Address (for invoices and confirmations)
  • 1.2 Transactional Data: Payment details required for Card or E-wallet (GCash) transactions. Note that these are processed directly by our third-party provider, Xendit.

2. PURPOSE OF DATA COLLECTION

Your data is collected solely for the following operational purposes:

  • To process and secure your court reservations.
  • To send automated booking confirmations and digital invoices to your email.
  • To contact you regarding urgent facility updates (e.g., weather-related closures).
  • To verify your identity upon arrival at the Arena Athletics facility.
  • To comply with Philippine tax and legal regulations.


3. OPTIONAL ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

Using the Arena Athletics website does not require the creation of a permanent account. Users may choose to book as a "Guest." If you voluntarily choose to register an account, we store your contact details to streamline your future booking experiences.


4. SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We only share information with:

  • Xendit (Payment Gateway): To securely process your upfront payment via card or e-wallet.
  • Government Authorities: Only when required by law or in compliance with legal processes in the Philippines.
  • Arena Athletics Staff: Limited access for booking verification and facility operations.


5. DATA SECURITY MEASURES

Arena Athletics implements a combination of organizational, physical, and technical security measures:

  • Encryption: Data transmission on our platform is protected by SSL encryption.
  • Payment Security: We do not store your full card numbers or e-wallet credentials on our local servers; these are handled by Xendit's PCI-DSS compliant environment.
  • Access Control: Access to customer contact lists is strictly limited to authorized facility personnel for booking verification only.


6. DATA RETENTION

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the booking service, comply with tax/audit requirements, or until you request its deletion. Once the retention period expires, your data is disposed of in a secure manner.


7. YOUR RIGHTS AS A DATA SUBJECT

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act, you have the following rights:

  • Right to be Informed: Knowing how your data is being used.
  • Right to Access and Correction: Requesting a copy of your data or updating incorrect information.

Our online booking services are intended for individuals 18 years and older. Personal data of minors may only be submitted with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who assumes full responsibility for the booking.
